Create missing builder pages plus draft Terms and Privacy posts. Existing admin-authored content is preserved.

Refresh local app records and synchronize application metadata and OAuth clients to Auth ID. Billing is not contacted.

Synchronize existing app registrations, entitlements, products, and prices to Billing. App and website records are untouched.
